2.When we reply
We answer emails within 2 working days, usually sooner. Payment and access problems go to the front of the queue.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3.Before you write about a payment
It helps enormously if you include the Payment ID from your receipt. It starts with pay_ and appears in the email we sent you and in My account → Payment history.
4.What we cannot help with
We cannot advise you on what to trade, review your positions, or comment on whether a trade was a good idea. Trading Journal is a record-keeping tool and we are not registered to give advice. Please see our Disclaimer.
